Shockwave – Jada Smith, Who Was Once Left Stunned by Sonya Curry’s Age, Reacted to Stephen Curry’s Mother Replicating Son on the Court

Curry reflects on work it took to win his 4th championship
In an exclusive interview with NBC Sports Bay Area’s Monte Poole, Steph Curry spoke about what it meant to win his forth championship with the Warriors and looks ahead to where the franchise is heading.
Interestingly enough, it seems Jada is a fan of Steph and his mother, Sonya. Recently, she shared a clip of trying to pull off a Steph Curry-like shot on the basketball court.
Jada captioned the video, “Let me find out my girl Sonya Curry got skills!!!” Safe to say, Sonya definitely got the skills because she scored a bucket from a long way out. Guess that runs in the family!
What did Stephen Curry have to say regarding the ‘Slap-Gate’?
Oscar-winning actor Will Smith made headlines all around the world during the Oscar ceremony this year. However, it was not for his outstanding accomplishment, i.e. winning the prestigious ‘Best Actor Award.’
Will sent the whole world into a frenzy when he went on stage to slap comedian Chris Rock. Jada suffers from a rare condition known as alopecia, a condition that makes the person lose all their hair. Rock happened to make a joke about Jada, which was not taken well by Will Smith.
The slap sent shockwaves around the world, which triggered responses from some of the biggest names in the NBA, like Stephen Curry. The Golden State Warriors star took to Twitter and wrote, “This was loud!!! Like that slap on that other channel.”

This happened to be when Curry was sidelined with an injury and the Warriors suffered due to his absence. However, they bounced back to win the 2022 NBA title.
Curry, in particular, had a memorable campaign as he won his 4th NBA title. Moreover, he won his first-ever Finals MVP award averaging 31.2 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 5.0 assists in the finals against the Celtics.
