William ‘can’t forgive Harry’ because it moved Kate and kids onto world stage earlier than…

Prince William is unlikely to forgive his brother Prince Harry because his exit from life as a senior royal prematurely moved Kate Middleton and their young children into the spotlight, a royal expert said.
The relationship between the Duke of Sussex and Prince of Wales has been fraught with tension after Megxit, when Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle quit as working royals, made a number of sometimes spurious claims about the Firm and moved to a $14million mansion in California.

And now Vanity Fair’s Katie Nicholl has said the 40-year-old heir to the throne Prince William ‘can’t forgive Harry’ because Megxit ‘moved Kate Middleton and their young family onto world stage earlier than expected’.
Royal expert Nicholl told US Weekly: ‘It had a huge impact on him, on Catherine, on their young family.

‘It put them in that prime sort of centre. It moved them centre-stage far sooner than they would otherwise have been.’

She added: ‘A lot of it was how he chose to do that and what William saw as great disrespect to the institution and to his, to his family, to his grandmother.’
She added that Charles will want to heal the rift between the two brothers so the divide doesn’t hang over his reign.

While The Queen’s funeral provided an opportunity for the brothers to talk out their differences, Katie suggested any sign of a reconcilation was still some way off for the brothers.
Since Megxit Prince George, nine, Princess Charlotte, seven and Prince Louis, four, have been thrown into the limelight.

They have had increased attention on them since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle left the Firm.
Prince George and Princess Charlotte both attended the state funeral of Queen Elizabeth II and also appeared at Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations earlier this year alongside their younger brother Prince Louis.
Princess Catherine revealed earlier this month that she stills sees Prince Louis as her baby, even though she recognises he’s a ‘big boy now’.
The Princess made the sweet comment while speaking with new mothers at the Royal Surrey County Hospital in Guildford on October 5.

During her tour of the maternity unit, the mother-of-three reminisced about her own experience of when Prince George, nine, Princess Charlotte, seven, and Prince Louis, four, were all newborns.
She said: ‘I keep thinking Louis is a baby but he’s a big boy now. It just feels like yesterday.’
Prince William’s relationship with his brother took a turn for the worse after Harry and Meghan quit the Firm.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle relocated to the US after sensationally leaving the royal family in March 2020.

The divide was worsened when Prince Harry and Meghan Markle attacked the royal family with a number of claims, many of which were later proved false or contested.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex insisted their interview with Oprah Winfrey would be the ‘last word’ on them quitting as senior royals.
They later signed deals with Spotify, Netflix and Harry is set to release a book.
