Lifestyle: Meghan Markle sparks Royal Family fears as Duchess tipped for return to blogging career

The Duchess of Sussex appears to be on the verge of reviving her blog, The Tig, and has reapplied for the trademark for the title. Speaking on GB News, royal expert Angela Levin has spoken about Meghan’s potential blogging comeback and the impact that the return would have on the Royal Family.
Princess Anne appears confused as player drops to ground
The royal biographer told host Nana Akua: “Yes, she’s applied to get back her The Tig website.
“She has been waiting now a year to find out whether she can do it or not.”
She added: “I don’t know what the problem is but it’s quite interesting because she gave it up because she use the Royal Family to make money.
“She recommends, you know, from wine or books or all sorts of things on that.
“She’s going to be using her title and her connections to get money, to make money.”
Ms Levin concluded: “It shows that she couldn’t care less about what the Royal Family think anymore”.
She launched the blog when she was still an actress in Suits and named the site after her favourite Tignanello wine.
The Sun has reported that Meghan has attempted to trademark “The Tig” and that is it currently “under examination” by the US Patent and Trademark Office (USTPO).
Her bid was first rejected, when USTPO said the description of the website was “too broad”.
Meghan ran The Tig for three years, until 2017 when she shut down most of her social media pages in the aftermath of her engagement to Prince Harry.
